Q Online booking of Appointment for Key Collection
A

Upon issuance of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by the relevant authorities, our solicitor will issue a Notice of Vacant Possession through your solicitors. Your solicitor will notify you to make the necessary payments. Upon receipt and clearance of your payment, you may proceed to book an appointment for key collection through our online booking system. 

Please note that appointment is made on a “first-come first-serve basis” and shall be made at least 3 days in advance. Information on the availability can be checked via the online booking system.

Q Where can I get my Login ID and Password?
A

The login User ID and password is enclosed together with the Notice of Vacant Possession letter.

Q What is the procedure for key collection?
A

The keys can be collected at Seventy Saint’s Patrick’s Clubhouse at Level 1.  You can refer to the site plan found here, for the directions to the clubhouse.

You will receive a handover kit comprising of the inventory checklist, architectural and services layout plan, warranties, operating manuals, a Resident’s Handbook, keys to your unit and all the relevant application forms. Our representative will also accompany you to your unit. The entire handover process will take approximately 30 – 40 minutes.

Q What do I need to bring along on the day of key collection?
A

You are required to bring along a copy of your NRIC/Passport, the Notice of Vacant Possession Letter (NOVP Letter) and a printout of the booking receipt.

Q Can a representative collect the key on my behalf?
A

Yes. You will have to make an appointment through our online booking system and fill up your representative’s details in the Letter of Authorization found here. On the day of the collection, your representative will have to bring along the following documents: 

1)  The authorised representative original NRIC.
2)  A copy of the letter of authorisation duly signed by you
3)  Notice of Vacant Possession Letter (NOVP Letter)
4)  A printout of this booking receipt

Q I have made the necessary payment but I cannot make an appointment.
A

Our accounts may not receive the payment yet. Usually it will take 2-3 working days for the cheque to be handed over to our lawyers and another 1-2 working days before the cheque is cleared. If you have been informed by your bank that the payment is cleared and is still unable to make an appointment, Please call our keys collection hotline for assistance.

Q Do I need any approval before commencement of renovation works for my unit?
A

Yes, you need to obtain an approval from the Management before carrying out any renovation works that involved alterations or additions to the unit. In addition, written approval from the relevant authorities must be submitted for approval, where applicable. You are also required to sign an indemnity form and pay a refundable deposit as security. Please refer to the resident handbook which can be found in the online booking portal as well as the handover kit.
